HOW TO BUY IN RCTECNIC
1. How to buy in RC Tecnic Online Shop?
To place an order in RC Tecnic you only need to add products to the shopping cart by "clicking" on the BUY button that appears on each item. If you buy more than one unit of an item, please indicate the number of units in the Quantity field that appears below the product before making "click" on the BUY button.
Once you have selected all the products you want to buy, you should go to SHOPPING CART in the right side of the website and "click" in SHOW ORDER. Here you can read in detail your order and the total amount of purchase and modify quantities and / or remove products from your cart. After verifying that your order is in order, you must "click" FINISH ORDER.
If you are a customer, and you are not logged into your account before the order you must enter your username and password to continue. You can register if you do not have an account.
2. How do I specify the shipping address for my order?
It will mark the same address that you entered in your user data, but you can change it if you need a differente address for the shipping. You can add many different directions as you wish, and these will be stored in our database so you can select in the next orders. Once you select a shipping address, you have to "click" NEXT, this step will show you the cost of shipping. Once verified, "click" Next again. (Please, for more information go to 'Delivery' menu).
3. How do I pay my order?
After confirming the address and the shipping costs when doing your order, you have to select a way to payment: PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer, and "click" Next to complete the order. In the next window only has to check that all details are correct, add comments if is necessary and accept the terms of service by checking the appropriate box.
Finally, "click" CONFIRM ORDER to formalize the payment. If you select Bank Transfer, our bank account will be displayed in the next window. 4. How I can check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you just need to login, it is on the right side of the website. Here there is the status of all orders you have done in RC Tecnic. You can also check and update your personal information and add different shipping addresses. If you have any order placed but not formalized the payment yet, you can do it here.
Your order would be:
- Confirmed, when the payment has been made.
- Pending:
- When you have selected transfer or bank transfer as payment. When we receive your payment it will change to "Confirmed".
- When you it was an error in the payment by Credit Card or Paypal. You can complete the payment order in your account.
- When RC Tecnic have not established a transportation fee for you delivery address. The order will be checked for RC Tecnic and assigned the appropriate fee and payments in case of you accept that rate.
- Shipped, Once your order has been shipped.
- Returned, When your order has been returned.
- Canceled, When the payment order has not been made after 15 days from you ordered.

In case of damaged products in transportation, we would appreciate that you send us some pictures of the damage, including packaging, max. in five working days by email. Please try that these photos will be as representative as possible of the damage. If damaged product is, for example, an airplane, ideally, several general photos of the aircraft, the damage in detail and the packaging.
3. What if the order is delayed?
