HOW TO BUY IN RCTECNIC
1. How can I place an order in RC Tecnic?
To place an order in RC Tecnic you only have to add products to the shopping cart by "clicking" on the BUY button that appears on each item. If you buy more than one unit of an item, indicate the number of units in the QUANTITY field that appears below the product before you "click" BUY.
Once you have selected all the products you want to purchase, you should go to the SHOPPING CART in the right side of the website and "click" on SHOW ORDER. Here you can read in detail your order and the total purchase amount and change quantities and / or removing products from the basket. After verifying that your order is in order, you must "click" FINISH ORDER.
If you are an existing customer, and has not logged into your account before the order you must enter your username and password to continue. If you do not have an account with us, you can register now.
2. How I specify the delivery address of my order?
By default, it will mark the same address you have entered in your user data, which may change if appropriate at this very moment. If you want the order is sent to an address different from billing, you can add a new shipping address. You can add many different directions as you wish, and these will be stored in our database so that you can select in the next orders. Once you select a shipping address, you must "click" NEXT, thus accessing the next step which will show the shipping cost. Once verified, "click" NEXT again. (Please, for more information on shipping costs, please see paragraph TRANSPORT shown on the top of the website).
3. How I pay my order?
After confirming the address and transport costs when making your order, you must select a payment method: PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer, and "click" NEXT to complete the order. In the next window only you have to check that all information is correct, to make any comments you consider appropriate and accept the terms of service by checking the appropriate box..
Finally, "click" CONFIRM ORDER to formalize the payment accordingly. If you select bank transfer, our bank appears to be performed by the transfer or deposit window. Once the order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. (Please, for more information on payment methods and delivery times, see PAYMENT displayed on the top of our website).
4. How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you only need to access your customer account, "click" on MY ACCOUNT at the right side of the website. Here you can view the status of all orders you have made in RC Tecnic. You can also here to review and update your personal data, and add different shipping addresses. If you have any order placed but not yet formalized the payment, you can also do it from here.
Your orden can be:
- Confirmed when payment has been made.
- Pending:
- When you select transfer or bank deposit account as payment. Once we receive your payment and send it will change to "shipped".
- When you have not successfully completed the payment by credit card or paypal. You can complete the payment order by accessing your user account.
- Shipped, Once your order has been issued.
- Ready for collection, when you have selected as a shipping method "store pickup" and your order has been prepared.
- Returned, when your order is returned.
- Canceled, when the payment order is not made after more than 15 days from the making thereof, or when you tell us that you wish to cancel.
5. can I place an order and pick it up at the store?
Yes, no problem. You only have to indicate "Store Pickup" as shipping option. The store pickup has no additional shipping cost.
Please note that:
- RC Tecnic prepares the order once it has been established to pay the same.
- All confirmed orders until 4:00 p.m. will be ready for pickup after 18:00 pm that day. Once your order is ready for collection will be sent an email indicating that the order status changed to "ready for pickup".
- To pick up your order at the store, you must submit a copy of your order.
- Store collection does not include weekends and holidays.

2. What if it is defective or damaged?

In case of damaged products in transportation, we would appreciate that you send us some pictures of the damage, including packaging, max. in five working days by email. Please try that these photos will be as representative as possible of the damage. If damaged product is, for example, an airplane, ideally, several general photos of the aircraft, the damage in detail and the packaging.
3. What if the order is delayed?
If after the deadline established for your region or country you don't receive your order, please contact the nearest office of Seur in your location. Providing your name, Seur should communicate the state of the delivery. You can also send an email to
